Media Credentials

Media credentials are offered to journalists or media representatives who are employed by or on assignment for a recognized print, radio, broadcast, online media outlet. Media credentials are available for in-person or virtual participation.

Only complete applications will be considered; the conference organizers may ask for further credentials if those provided are deemed insufficient.

The registration fee will be waived for members of the media who are granted media credentials. If credentials are granted, you will be required to register for the conference as a representative of the media. Only registered media will be permitted access to the 6th  Global Forum.

Applications for in person media credentials will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis through 15 February 2022. Applicants will be notified if credentials have been granted within 3 business days of submitting their application.

In-person media credentials allow access to all sessions on the Global Forum program, the poster area, lunches and coffee breaks as designated on the program, and the poster reception. Media representatives will also have access to on-demand content after the 6th Global Forum. Media credentials do not allow access to the social components of the conference, including the conference dinner.

Media representatives are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Travel and accommodation arrangements should be made only after media credentials have been granted.

Applications for virtual media credentials will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis up to and throughout the 6th Global Forum. Applications received after 15 February will be reviewed as soon as possible, but please note that media representatives will not have access to the virtual platform or conference content until their application has been approved, which may take one working day. Media representatives are encouraged to submit their application for credentials in advance of the 6th Global Forum.

Virtual media credentials allow access to all sessions on the program and to the features on the virtual platform, and to on-demand content after the Global Forum.
