The registration fees and policies for in-person participation at the 6th Global Forum on TB Vaccines are provided below, and in the following policies:

10% VAT will be added to all registration fees.

2LIC/MIC are lower-income and middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank.
3Students are defined as being enrolled in an undergraduate, M.S., Ph.D. or M.D. program at a recognized university or college. Proof of enrollment is required. Post-docs are not eligible for the student rate, but would be eligible for the LIC/MIC rate if applicable and can apply for participant support.

Included in the registration fee

  • The full registration fee, including student and LIC/MIC registration, includes access to conference sessions, the poster area, lunch and coffee/tea breaks as indicated in the program, social and networking events, and a transportation pass valid for the three days of the Global Forum.
  • The daily registration rate includes access to conference sessions, the poster area, lunch and coffee/tea breaks as indicated in the program, and social networking events on the day for which the daily rate was purchased only. Transportation passes will not be provided with daily registrations.
  • The registration fee does not include accommodations or any meals except those indicated in the program.
  • All Global Forum events, including social and networking events, are only open to registered participants of the Global Forum.
  • Access to all features of the virtual platform, including the online agenda, access to sponsor exhibits and online participants lists, the opportunity to connect with other participants, and on-demand access to all conference sessions for 3 months after the event.

Registration Policies

Below is an overview of registration policies related to application of registration rates, discounted registrations, cancellation and refunds, transfers of registrations, payment information, venue capacity and travel and entry requirements. Please review the full Terms and Conditions of registration prior to submitting your registration.

Confirmation and application of registration rates

  • Registration is confirmed at the time payment is received.
  • If a payment is not received within 21 days of submitting the registration form or the 20 February 2022, whichever is earlier, the registration may be cancelled without warning.
  • If a registration is cancelled due to non-payment, re-registration will be required in order to participate. The registration rate applicable at the time of re-registration will apply.
  • Participants will not be allowed entry to the Conference venue or access to the virtual platform unless payment has been received in full.

Reduced registration rates

  • All registrations at reduced rates are subject to verification.
  • To be eligible for the student discount, proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college that will be valid at the time of the Conference will be required during the registration process.
  • The LIC/MIC rate is available for participants who are living and working in LIC/MIC countries. The regular registration rate applies to participants from LIC/MIC countries who are living and working in a high-income country.

Payment Information

  • Registration payments for the 6th Global Forum on TB Vaccines are received and processed by Insight-Outside.
  • Payment must be in Euros.
  • Payment can be made by  credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or by bank transfer (participant is responsible for all associated transfer fees).
  • Participants are responsible for any fees associated with the registration payment, including any wire transfer fees and international transaction fees

Cancellation and Registration Transfer Policy

  • In-person registrations may be cancelled for a refund or transferred to online participation as per the schedule below, based on Central European Time.
    • Until 31 December 2021: Refund of registration fee less a 25% administrative fee or transfer to online participation and receive a refund of the difference in registration fees.
    • From 1 - 21 January 2022: Transfer to virtual participation and receive a refund of the difference between the in-person and virtual participation.
    • As of 22 January 2022: Participants may transfer to online participation but no refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as was used for the registration fee.
  • Paid registrations can be transferred to participants who are eligible for the same registration category (e.g., students, LIC/MIC country participants, full registration) at no charge until 6 February 2021 by contacting toulouse2022@tbvaccinesforum.org.

Venue Capacity

  • Venue capacity may be limited due to factors related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
  • In the event that registrations exceed capacity, registrations will be processed based on date of registration and receipt of full payment of the registration fee.
  • Registrations that have not been paid will be cancelled unless proof is provided that payment is in process.

Travel and Entry Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to apply for a visa in a timely manner and according to the process and requirements of the consulate to which they apply. The cancellation policy and deadlines will not be waived or altered in cases where participants are unable to obtain a visa due to a late or incorrect application.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to be aware of COVID restrictions and requirements to travel to France and to return to their home country.
  • All participants are required to have a valid Pass Sanitaire or a digital health certificate that is accepted by France. Participants will not be admitted to the conference venue without a Pass Sanitaire or accepted digital health certificate. It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain a Pass Sanitaire prior to arriving to the venue.
